Cancellation policy

In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Toucan Diving Bonaire operates a strict cancellation policy:

• Your reservation is only guaranteed when 100% pre-payment is received.
• Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
• Changes or cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged 50%.
• Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your scheduled activity, as well as No Show will be charged 100%.
• E-learning codes are non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be received in writing via diveshop@bonaire.valk.com

Cancellations, no shows or late arrivals for any reason (e.g., but not limited to: illness, injury, indecision, weather conditions, flight delays, change of mind etc.) are charged in full. If you’re enrolled in a course and are cancelling a scheduled session less than 48 hours before or you do not appear for your appointment for any reason, rescheduling is subject to availability and at an additional charge of $ 50 per person. All activities paid in advance are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be credited towards a later date. Toucan Diving Bonaire is not responsible for activities aborted due to fear, inability to equalize, ear problems, illness, or other issues uncontrollable by the dive operator. Programs cancelled by Toucan Diving Bonaire for any reason (e.g., but not limited to: poor weather conditions) will allow the client the option to reschedule, subject to availability within their travel period.
